Sophie is friendly, approachable, trustworthy and reliable. I feel at ease knowing that my dogs are having fun and being cared for just as I would myself. She treats all the dogs like her own. She's a great dog handler. I can’t recommend her enough.
Stanley's Owner
We started using Sophie at the end of2021 for our cocker spaniel, who although gets walked well, needs a lot of other stimulation. Harper's Hounds is perfect as Sophie spends the day doing agility and hiding treats, as well as other activities that leave our dog well worn out. Dogs are kept secure in a huge paddock too! Super flexible and also a lovely person, couldn't recommend highly enough!
Olive's Owner
Olive loves her time with Sophie, she gets so excited to see her because she knows she’s going out on a “play date” with her other doggy friends to have fun and games with Sophie. Olive also spent 2 weeks there last summer and the same will happen this year. (Olive will be so excited she’ll have her bags packed before me!)
Winston's Owner
Winston absolutely loves his 'play days’ with Sophie and comes back happy and worn out. Sophie obviously loves all the dogs and has such a fantastic facility which not only exercises them but also gives them mind stimulating games to play. I love knowing that while I am at work, Winston is having the best time ever in such a safe and happy place.
Nala's Owner
Nala absolutely loves her sleepovers at Harpers Hounds and we can go away knowing she’s in brilliant hands with Sophie! She’s so well looked after - We can’t recommend

Sushi stays with Sophie and her pack over the Christmas and other holidays and loves every minute of it. Having such a nice family for her to stay with makes all the difference. We really are at peace with her being with Sophie.
Isla's Owner
Isla loves her playtimes at Harper’s Hounds. It’s great exercise for her and she uses her brain to hunt and play which is perfect for a young active gundog. It’s also a great opportunity for her to socialise with other dogs. Sophie is fab and has so much energy and enthusiasm, Isla is always so pleased to see her.

Dodge's Owner
Dodge is a very nervous rescue dog who isn’t good with new situations, people or dogs. He stayed with Harper’s Hounds over Christmas and had the time of his life! Sophie’s patience and experience showed and he settled easily and loved his time with her. We would recommend her without hesitation.

Teddy has so much energy, so an opportunity to play with his doggie friends in a safe environment with mental stimulation and physical activity means a nicely tired pooch! Teddy has also been on some sleepovers - Sophie is great with him and gives lots of cuddles and care and know he will be in safe hands. I would highly recommend!
Scuffy's & Archie's Owner
Sophie has been looking after our two dogs since 2022. They absolutely adore her and get very excited when she comes to collect them. They love playing with other doggies and usually come home exhausted, and that's a good sign that they had a great time. It's very good to know that they are well looked after when we are at work.
